$3 for 10--15mins car ride!

Last Sunday, we went AMK for dinner and just to shop ard....
Saw this car ride and let the kids have fun... But it was $3 for abt 10-15mins only!
Oh my!!! But it sure does bring us some fond memories of childhood right?

Self-prepared steamboat lunch @ office

We had a team's gathering steamboat on Tuesday...
This team is a all-ladies team, formally "formed" in March 2006...
The cost is supposed to be shared amg us. But end up, it was our Assistant Mgr's treat! Woohoo!
We had a very very full-filling lunch! Yummy!
Anyway, it was decided that after the Fasting month, we will treat her back with a sandwich & salad party!

Children's Science Activity Day

8th Sep was the kids Science Day in school. As the activity is held in their respective classes, hubby and I got to split. Hubby to rachel's Nursery class while I joined Zyon's K2 class.
1st activity in zyon's class: Some intro on some parenting tips





2nd activity: The students are split into 4 smaller groups with 4 difft simple musical instruments. There is a conductor = Zyon, my son! OMG! He really performed very well! There was one parent who requested them to perform twice! So proud of him!





3rd activity: The students are supposed to read out their 'speech' on their trip to the Science center few wks back and explained how they are going to do up a mini-pond later on. Zyon has got the slip of speech also. But last minute, the teacher told him to do other things instead. At that moment, I know that it is because he can't read! :(
But well, the next activity, Zyon is asked to explain to the parents how difft parts of the plant relates to the food that we eat. And this is with helping pictures! He was not-bad as he still need his teacher to prompt him. I still think that he does better as a conductor. hahaha...

As for Rachel, do u think hubby will be good enough to take pictures? When Zyon's activity was abt to come to an end, I told hubby that we switch place. At least I will know what she has been doing. Rachel and I did the butterfly swing together and the students got to fly with the wings in a little song...

Isn't she pretty like me? hahaha....

ok ok..... do not vomit....I know she is prettier than me!
