Today is my daughter's birthday! 3 yrs old liaoz! She seemed so 'adult' to me :)
Only bought gifts for her school friends and bought a cake to my in-laws place. Of cos, without fail, she will have the usual 鸡蛋面线。And I will only know how to complain to my frens that Zyon don't have. Of cos, I don't dare to say this in front of my in laws. Only my husband dare to says it without hesitation. What's the use? Also like that...
Sunday we brought the kids out. In advance celebration for her too. Went to the museum!!! We went to the S'pore History museum! Hahaha...surprised right? They've got the Hello Kitty Collectibles exhibition there. Rachel was soooo happy n excited! After that, walked ard Clarke Quay. The kids were so happy to see the river and the boats! hahaha. Didn't take the river cruise though. A bit dark. However, we had dinner by the riverside. This made the kids happy too! As they can see the pple getting on and off the boats, counting the boats...
Really missed the times where I can blog slowly and casually. Got so many things in my mind which i want to blog. But... is 24 hrs enough? Wait not enough sleep, next day wake up late, reach office late, "xxx" will give comments again.
Had cold war with hubby jus now. Of cos i knew that tomr we'll be fine. I WILL definitely make it to be fine. If not, I cant work! Hahaha.... Love and r/ship. They are jus too "chim". It is a never-ending learning process. Just finished a book which brother recommended me "Tuesdays with Morrie". It was actually a 'so-so' book initially. But it is when something happen along, then you'll realised the quotes in the book! They are part n parcel in your life!
One of the values quoted in the book is on marriage. To make sure that u survive the marriage, the couple must "have the same belief in the importance of their marriage" & "Love each other or perish". "The most important thing in life is to learn how to give out love, and to let it come in." Simple words with in depth meanings. Think abt these words and the meanings. How does it relates to me? *slience*
Actually hubby is on early shift today. Wen to work at 3 am in the morning. Afternoon went to "catch" fishes. Just now after dinner was extremely tired and jus refused to talk. We were sending Zyon to the CC for his class.
I was furious! I simply dislike pple to just keep quiet if I'm talking to that! Scolded him! That if he is so tired, why shld he go and 'catch fishes'?! Next time when he is on early shift, need not fetch zyon and us! Dislike his attitude! For the past few days, his eyes were glued to the TV set. I think it has been a while since his eyes were glued to me for so long! Just jealous of the TV!!! But of cos, thinking back, I was the one who insisted that Zyon shld attend the class at the CC. Hubby can refused to send us there. Despite him being so tired, he still send us there and fetch us back. Why shld I flare up to him?! *sign* ... *tears in my eyes* ... Find that whenever i faced stress n anger in the office, i will bring it home. Characteristics of a typical Gemini? I also dunno. I know i shldn't. I will Change. I have to change. From the previous peaks, i know that i will be ok after a few wks. But... this shldn't be the way at all!
Tomr morning I will definitely have a nice talk to him. Apologise for my temper and at the same time, to let him know that I don't like his eyes to be glued to the TV. Cos he won't help to take care of the kids when he watches TV programs. Prefer him to go home n sleep in the afternooon then catching fishes.
*Phew!*... Long blog. Genuine thoughts and feelings.
Recently there have been a serious flood of dengue fever. One of my colleague's dad got it too. Hope everything will go well for her dad. Let us all do whatever we can to prevent dengue from spreading! Just few hrs ago, the RC members came knocking on our doors to teach and remind us on all the preventive measures! Gd job! Prevention is better than cure!
