SAHM - Stay-At-Home-Mum

For the past 2 wks, I've been a SAHM. I think I do prefer to be an employee???
Hahaha... At home, it is not as free as you thought it would be as there are never-ending house chores! You've got to think -
1. what to cook for lunch
2. when to prepare for lunch
3. whether the quantity of ingredients are under or over estimated?
4. when to wash clothes? Whether it will be raining or a bright and sunny day? Whether the quantity is enough so as not to waste water and electricity?
5. whether to clean the windows? Depends on the weather?
6. when to mop the floors? Are the floors dirty enough to be mopped so that water is not wasted?
7. when to iron the clothes? Are there enough clothes to iron so that the electricity used is efficient?
8. Time to change the rubbish bag? So that the house is clean yet the plastic bags aren't wasted? We've got to be environmental-friendly!
9. etc etc etc

So, being an employee is better??? There are pros and cons. If we are financially ok, of cos I hope to be a SAHM so that I can be 100% involved with my kids difft growing stages. To be in the workforce could mean to stay in the current affairs, to get more advises from colleagues, to keep our brains functioning! It is also a getaway from home at times... When I get back to work, it is "Emails" time again. How I dread :( The never-end emails that would come in....
Hope this period will be over fast!
