Reno...

Well... After talking so much abt our reno, *what? u mean u have not even started?* we have finally settled with one of those shortlisted today! My sil's contractor...
Initially his quote was the most expensive... After few meetings and negotiations, we've finally settled the price today! Now we will wait for the contract or revised quotation. Hopefully no more changes *keeping my fingers crossed*...
Hubby was so stressed that he couldn't get to sleep last night! Sleepless night rarely happen to him!
Anyway, the big day of the reno is fixed on 5th Oct! We engaged a fengshui master lah.... She is the "cheapest" amgst ... But we find her service quite gd and her 紫位抖擞 is quite accurate. One of her advice is for us to get a vase. We have searched and found it! I don't want any dragons or phoneix on the vase... Quite happy to have found this vase costing $248!
So, abt 3 more months to go! Counting down...
